Lara Logan
Lara Logan was born 29 March 1971. She is a South African journalist, radio and television journalist. She was an CBS News journalist from 2002 to 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager called her factually inaccurate and politcally biased piece concerning the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack "the greatest mistake in my 10-year-old's watch." She joined the Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2019, a conservative media firm. 4] She joined Fox Nation, a subscription streaming platform owned by Fox News, in January 2020. She said that she was "dumpedby the network in March 2022. Logan was an assistant news reporter at Durban's Sunday Tribune (1988-1989) and the Daily News (1990-1992). In 1992, she joined Reuters Television Africa as a senior producer. After four years, she moved out into freelance journalism, obtaining assignments as a reporter and editor/producer for ITN as well as Fox/SKY, CBS News, ABC News (in London), NBC, and the European Broadcasting Union. CNN was the first to report on the events that took place in the Northern Ireland and Kosovo wars.
